I'm Catrina Moat, but you can simply call me Cat. As a dedicated graphic designer with a penchant for all things crafty, I find joy in both creating captivating logos and indulging in various artisanal pursuits like sewing, crafting, and cosplaying.
Originally hailing from sunny Southern California, my journey took me through four years of active duty service in the Army, including a deployment to Iraq, before settling in Arizona in 2011. Following my passion for design, I earned my degree from the Art Institute of Phoenix in 2012, paving the way for a fulfilling career in the field.
While my childhood dreams initially gravitated towards character design and animation, I discovered a profound appreciation for the versatility of design and its impact on our daily lives. Today, I merge my artistic roots with my design expertise, infusing my work with illustrations and mural artistry to create engaging and meaningful experiences.

Senior Graphic Designer | Small Giants Marketing Agency
Designed and established the Small Giants brand, including brand guidelines and design department process standards, as part of company growth initiatives. Maintained, updated, and adapted the brand over time to ensure consistency and relevance. Trained design interns and new hires on departmental standards and processes, and mentored junior team members in both design principles and workflow. Responsible for creative problem-solving and developing innovative design solutions for a diverse range of clients with varying goals. Led a wide variety of design projects, including branding and logo development, page layout and publication design, environmental and large-format graphics, ad campaign development and implementation, illustration, website design, tradeshow materials and swag, event branding, infographic and icon design, business collateral, vehicle wraps, murals, and package design. Contributed as both a solo designer and a member of larger project teams. Collaborated closely with account managers, marketing, and business development teams to create strategic plans that align with company and client objectives. Developed designs that earned multiple MarCom Awards.
